  • Swift Meet and Greet Terrible facilities at Luton - the airport and parking are a complete mess at the moment due to improvement works. Swift were late delivering the car back to us despite following their instructions, leaving us waiting in a freezing car park park with two very young children, and we had to pay an additional £5 to release the car from the parking which wasn't clear at the time of booking. Poor, will be avoiding Luton, Swift and BCP in future.

  • Swift Meet and Greet Everything was done in good time, staff were helpful an car had been kept well. Only issue was on arrival area 11 where needed to park was very full and a bit chaotic but believe that's due to airport refurbishment.

  • Swift Meet and Greet Everything was great until I got part way home and realised some money had been stolen from my car. It was only a pound but makes me wonder what else might go missing. A real shame as the rest of the service was great.

  • Swift Meet and Greet Landed at Luton at 19.00hrs phoned as requested from baggage reclaim to inform Swift of our arrival got to collection point 19.30 and spoke with agent who informed of slight delay on car arriving due to congestion at 22.00hrs and being unable to get satisfactory answers as to why and what the delays were I had to get a taxi from collection point to the secured parking area at Luton Parkway to retrieve my vehicle and then had to return to the collection point to collect luggage and friends. Additional costs incurred taxi fare £7.00 car-park exit ticket £7.00 total time of leaving Luton for journey back to Dover was 22.30 hrs. Staff had no idea of the delays office not answering the phone all in all a extremely bad experience.

  • Swift Meet and Greet It's a shambles
    The place that these people keep the documents and keys are a little metal hut with plastic boxes and plastic wallets. There's no system in place at all. The numbers they ask you to ring do not even work. They don't even ''meet and greet' you. We had to walk back to the hut thing and wait 25 minutes for my car. It would have been quicker to go to long term and use the airport shuttle.

  • Swift Meet and Greet Unfortunately my meet and greet service at Luton airport did not go well at all.
    1) on my arrival back from holidays I called the M&G team as soon as I had my luggage, however, I had to wait 20min to get my car back.
    2) i was asked to pay additional £5 to pay for the parking ticket, which was a surprise as I must admit I didnt know unfortunately. My point is that I was treated very unpolitely by one of the members of the crew when I asked about why it was not clearer in the confirmation email or even told when I dropped the car. Someone else in the team apologised on his behalf as it was quite shocking to see how he stopped talking to me and said to another colleague that I did not want to pay and left me unattended. Very unprofessional. Like I said someone else apologised.
    3) when I was given my car keys back, I was asked to find my car somewhere in the car park with an indication a long the lines of " it's somewhere there ". The thing is that my family and I spent some time trying to find the car unsuccessfully so I had to come back to be told it was somewhere else. It was late and chilly and not what I'd expect from a M&G service whatsmore when I was travelling with two children of 2years and 3months respectively.
    4) the general feeling is that they didn't care much about the customer experience

  • Swift Meet and Greet I waited for about 20 minutes on arrival for my car to be taken from me and when I returned there was no one to meet me.

  • Swift Meet and Greet The drop off was fine except you really need two operatives to take keys
    The pick up was very poor as I was told the wait would be 20 mins as the roads were busy but it took 50 mins for my car to arrive. There were a large number of people all having significant delays and on leaving the roads were clear and the delay looked like it was because there were not enough staff working
    Summarising I would say it was poorly organised and very chaotic
    I have booked with BCP before and have never had issues but would not use Swift again as the service was poor

  • Swift Meet and Greet 2 and half hour wait for car to be delivered, rude staff. over 40 people waiting for cars. i have spent about 2 hrs reporting this all over the internet so nobody else ever has to use your service.

  • Swift Meet and Greet It was an awful experience. Bad signing to find the location, insufficient staff at Meet & Greet, long queues to collect cars so I had to wait ages to drop mine off. Long wait to have car delivered in spite of calling as soon as my flight landed.

  • Swift Meet and Greet The Swift Meet and Greet service at Luton was an absolute shambles. Dropping the car off was easy enough but collection was a nightmare. I called them as soon as I had collected my luggage as requested and had to wait for 90 minutes for them to collect my car. They also initially told me it would only be 30 minutes then stopped answering the phone when I was trying to find out whats going on.
    Would never use this company again.

  • Swift Meet and Greet The chaotic situation at Luton airport at the moment made things difficult for all. Drop off was smooth although tricky to find a space. Pick up was a mess with my car not there on arrival. Also true for at least 10 other customers. Although you did ok luton airport is so bad at the moment it is unlikely I shall choose to travel through luton airport again

  • Swift Meet and Greet Everything was very easy and exactly as explained in the website. The walk to the terminal was through building works but we were expecting that. This is such a low stress, easy way to park. Thank you!
