About Airparks ShortRun Meet and Greet

No need to park, no waiting for transfer shuttles - just drop your car off at the Multi Storey Car Park, and one of ShortRun's dedicated drivers will handle the rest. On your return your experienced driver will bring your car to you to make sure your journey home is off to a smooth start.

When you arrive at Luton Airport

This Meet and Greet service means you'll be all set to board your flight, making this one of the easiest options for Luton Airport parking. Once you're 30 minutes away from the airport, call ShortRun on 0800 298 5899 and select option 1. At the airport, head to the Multi Storey Car Park and at the barrier collect a ticket. Your fully insured driver will be waiting for you at Level 3, where you can hand them your keys. From there, head into the terminal where it's just a 5 minute walk to check-in. Your driver will park your car for you in Airparks' award winning secure car park.

When you return to Luton Airport

After you touch down, your driver will be ready and waiting for you at the Multi Storey Car Park, where you'll be given a ticket to allow you to leave and begin your journey.

Transfers to and from Luton Airport

Disabled facilities at Airparks ShortRun

Parking for large vehicles

If your vehicle is bigger than 4.8 metres long or 2 metres wide, you will need to book the special ShortRun for Large Vehicles package. This needs to be pre-arranged with ShortRun before you arrive. ShortRun can store vehicles up to 9.6 metres long.

Additional Information

  • This parking is not suitable for vehicles which hold taxi licence plates.
  • Please note that the car park's time restrictions mean that you must be at the collection point within 10 minutes of your scheduled arrival time or you may incur additional charges which are payable at the exit barrier.
