• Long Stay In spite of unexpected travel disruption caused by fog, airport closure abroad, missed connections and extra overnight hotel stays in Dubai.
  When we finally did return home, over hours late because of even more fog in Dubai, your staff came through for us with a smile, cheery word and swift processing/exit from your secure car park. No extra charge either, another worry we'd had while delayed overseas.

• Short Stay 1 We decided to pay in advance and park in the short stay as we were arriving back on Christmas Day, it said in the instructions that on arrival back home go to the barrier and put in you ticket, we did this and it would not let us out, it took ages for someone to answer the phone, what a waste of time, we would have been quicker to park in the long stay as we usually do.
