• Long Stay All fine until leaving tried to charge us £95.00 for the 1 week parking even though it was already pre-paid for. It was sorted pretty quick but when your tired from a long flight it was a bit of hassle you could do without.

• Long Stay Bus drivers always helpful & polite even in the early morning hours, prices are about the same as a return taxi fare from my home. Resurfacing works to large areas could be better managed as we found it difficult to exit the carpark with not enough signage on a dark & icy morning.

• Park and Fly We use the park and fly at Newcastle regurly and the service is always excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful.We will continue to use it.

• Long Stay No. Barrier would not open on return at exit. Cheap parking but very confusing finding parking space and the exit at end of holiday. Signage terrible. Ticket to exit faulty. Other drivers having same problems.
