Long Stay The parking is good but trying to get out is a pain! For the third time this year the machine has not accepted my pre paid ticket. The previous twice it told me I had gone over time (which I hadn't) and told me I had to pay more. This time it told me I hadn't paid at all. Having to wait for someone to answer the intercom (at the short stay) is bad enough, but at the long stay having to get out of the car and go to he office and holding up all the cars behind me is a total inconvenience to me and others. No explanation why this happens has been given

Short Stay Absolutely first class service. Couldn't fault it.

Park and Fly Good service no waiting about bus arrived with in minutes at airport to take us back to car

Park and Fly Everything was perfect. We were delayed on return but the pick up driver arrived promptly and dropped us off at the car.

Long Stay On my return it took a while to find my car in the overspill car park

Meet and Greet The gentleman was amazing he helped us into the airport with our luggage which was a great help as I am in a wheelchair and we usually have a bit of a struggle.
