• Long Stay Why are all the car parks near to terminal empty but closed. WE had to park in a car park furtherst away but it's actually quicker to walk to terminal than wait for shuttle as they are very infrequent

• Long Stay Upon leave my the car park the company tried to get us to pay for our parking stay. The bill had already been paid prior to our departure!!!!

• Long Stay We always Park on this carpark when travelling from Newcastle. Usually ideal and trouble free. Unfortunately this time it was very confusing as to where to park as all roads were coned off. We ended up in staff car park as we couldn't find anywhere else to go.

• Park and Fly The car park was very easy to find with helpful staff. Although our incoming flight was delayed, the transfer vehicle was waiting right outside the terminal as promised. No phone calls needed...a speedy getaway at the car park also. First time users of this car park and will be booking it for our next trip..
