Long Stay Your staff wher more than helpful we lost our car and thay didn't give up till it was found and all this at 2 in the morning

Park and Fly Everything went smoothly and staff helpful and friendly apart from giving me wrong key on return. But oh dear the facilities.....please put some of the profits into improving the toilets and waiting areas....if it should b wet we get soaked as there is only a tiny shelter and the toilets are gross!! Location next to airport is main reason for booking with you.

Long Stay Found the carpark layout quite confusing and poorly signed with a lot of the areas we passed marked as full.
Got parked eventually but it then took quite some time for the bus to turn up to take us to the airport.
On the way back the windows on the bus (which arrived promptly) were steamed up so couldn't see where we were. The driver simply shouted the area out which was hard to hear at the back of a full bus. Think there could be a better system in place such as a microphone.

Long Stay Didn't see any staff not a bus to terminal but we prefer to walk anyway. There always seems to be car parks. Loses or no access yet space available . However it's easy to access and terminalnonly a short walk

Long Stay The proximity of the long stay at Newcastle gives you a choice of walking - no more than 5 minutes to the terminal - or waiting for the frequent courtesy bus. Entry and exit are automatic, so no time wasted at either end of the holiday.
