• Bellair The information provided for directions to teh carpark was extremely poor. Also when calling the number provided to advise over arrival, the person answering didn't really help with directions. Service on arrival along with transfers to and from teh airport were fine, but you need to improve over directions and help desk.

• Long Stay Excellent service, regular courtesy bus only 2 minutes from departures. We were delayed by almost two hours but no extra charges.
