Short Stay 1 The best experience with parking at an airport ever..... very very happy!!! hassle free, did exactly what it said on the tin and only a 2 minute walk to airport departures :-)))))

Long Stay as usual the ticket was not recognised at the barriers . had to take paperwork in and get new ticket. apart from that all was ok .

Long Stay We missed our flight and we arrived 6 hours late and I was expecting to pay extra for the parking but it was all ok.

Long Stay No problem after arriving for outward flight but not impressed when returned at 11.30pm. Got to bus shelter, rang intercom and was told bus was on its way. However, waited nearly 15 mins before it arrived. Then, with it being dark and not being able to see outside, expected the driver to advise which bus shelter he was approaching to ask if anyone wanted to get off. He did not do this and we went straight past no15, where we wanted to get off along with a few other people, meaning we had to get off at no16 and walk back.

Long Stay Newcastle airport long stay car park. Area with spaces well signed, easy walk to airport building and smooth automatic exit. Very satisfied. Thanks
