  • Meet and Greet While the location was ideal it was not the meet and greet service we expected. The car park was so full when we arrived that it had to be abandoned with others wherever there was space. The staff appeared completely overwhelmed by the number of people arriving. On our return there was only one member of staff available who was trying to hand out keys and open the barriers on his own. Had to find the car ourselves. Not sure at what point there was a "meet" or a "greet"

  • Long Stay No problem when we arrived at the airport but trying to get out was a nightmare. The ticket machine wouldn't take our ticket so I had to go into the office where the guy told me that it was to do with my private number plate, he did something with my ticket then told me the problem was sorted. Out I went and we tried again, once again we couldn't get out of the car park. Pressed the help button and waited a minute or so, just as I got out of the car to go back to the office someone spoke to us on the intercom and then came out of the office. He tried our ticket then looked shocked when the barrier didn't rise, eventually he had to override the whole system to let us out. Come on BCP, if your systems don't read private number plates then sort out your system! We had the same issue last year but only took a minute to sort out then. A hood up at the car park is not the way you want to end your holiday! The staff weren't even particularly apologetic about the situation. It doesn't even appear to be just private number plates that they have problems with as we watched another car, with no private plates, get stuck in the car park as well. Definitely time to update the systems I think!

  • Short Stay 1 Facilities as described could not have been easier parking,and so close to the entrance making it easy for the couple with us as one as difficulties in walking
