• Meet and Greet We use the Newcastle meet and greet mainly because of its easy access to the terminal. My wife uses a wheelchair and this is of considerable importance. Staff are always helpful.

• Long Stay Arrived late at 01:20 from Maderia. Courtesy Coach parked up, no driver. Rang no. But no response. Found help in Airport did not know where driver was. Long queue. Eventually after second call was told driver on way. Was some time before replacement driver and bus arrived.
