• Bellair We had to wait 25 minutes for a pick up from the airport on our return. Two adults are disabled and having to stand that long wasn't acceptable. I complained to a bus driver picking another family up and he said there was only one bus because one lads shift had just finished. I f you know you have flights coming in with multiple collections you should make sure you have enough staff. I personally won't be booking with you again and I wouldn't recommend your company to anyone.

• Premium Meet and Greet Brilliant new facilities at Newcastle premium meet and greet. Wouldn’t do it any other way. Worth every penny of the little bit extra you pay to use it compared with normal parking. Staff were so friendly too
