• Long Stay Good service and teh bus was there when returning from Newcastle. Just need to be a little clearer on communicating drop offs as some people could hear when they needed to get off.

• Long Stay First class service, plenty of spaces in car park, bus came after only a couple of minutes (even at 04:30) and on way back my car battery was flat called and got support (jump start) within 10 mins. thank you for great no fuss service.

• Meet and Greet Wasn't the easiest place to find from the instructions although it didn't take long to get in and be able to check in. Very close to the airport terminal. Very convenient. Bit pricey!
