Long Stay I have used BCP for many years. When booking, I checked it was the parking behind the hotel at Newcastle Airport, but the person I was speaking to did not know! I arrived at the usual car park only to be told it was the wrong one. The long stay park we had been booked into is far less convenient, trudging across gravel, no bus, so we walked into the airport. I was told at the first C/park that I needed to say 'behind the Hotel' when booking!! I will book again with BCP, but how do I make sure it's the site I prefer?
