• Premium Meet and Greet It was all great. We booked on line - we got all the information we needed and drop off and pick up were spot on. We rang from the luggage collection hall and our car was ready for us.

• Long Stay When exiting the car park the ticket was not approved, I had to reverse car & go into building to have ticket validated. When I first gave ticket to attendant he said that's £118.. I told him I had already paid. Got it cleared relatively quick after that.

• Long Stay stood in rain waiting for bus, shelter not big enough, bus arrived full, had to wait on next bus, meanwhile lots of new arrivals walked to previous bus stop leaving us worrying that we wouldn't get on again, coming back ok but long queue again extending way out of shelter.
