• Meet and Greet excellent service, my car battery was flat and your staff jumped my car off and warmed the car up for my return journey as the temperature was -2 degrees, a big thank you to your staff and i will use BCP when ever i travel, a 5 star service guaranteed.

• Premium Meet and Greet Staff helpful and friendly. Did have a slight problem entering the car park but called the telephone number and they told us what to do. Maybe a sign should be displayed/
