• Long Stay we found the facilities as described to us and were pleased with the transfere to the airport , the bus driver was very helpful not only to us but to all the other passengers on the transfere bus.

• Long Stay Facilities as described. Staff were very helpful when the ticket obtained at entry did not open the barrier and the message said payment required (we had paid in advance)

• Long Stay Every thing went well. The driver of the bus was extremely helpful and refused the offer of a gratuity on the basis that was all part of the service.

• Long Stay gatehouse could do with some more staff to deal with customers, only one man on when we were leaving and he was having to deal with a few problems at the barriers as well as returning customers wanting their tickets stamped!

• Long Stay Easy to find. Courtesy bus came within a couple of minutes although the car park was near enough to walk to the airpor. Staff friendly and helpfull. All ran smoothly.
