Parking at Holiday Inn Express After making a mistake with my original timings I was able to change my booking on the day to an earlier time and shuttle bus. All very efficient and helpful on the phone. Unfortunately the return journey was marred by the hotel not picking us up for just over an hour after our flight landed.

Enjayco Meet & Greet The pick up driver arrived shortly after we reached the airport and was there as soon as we got back from our trip. Very efficient.

Parking at Holiday Inn Express Staff at the hotel were helpful and provided a prompt service. Car park safe for vehicle and quick easy access out to route home.
BCP sold text service? Could not see how this worked as the 24 hour pre book shuttle service had to be by phone. Not to mention text was only for UK and I'm still to see who you text?? Late arrival; only for 24 hrs.
I would definitely book again but not with extra costs.

Parking at Holiday Inn Express The staff involved with my booking were incredibly helpful given it was a last minute plan to park off site. The parking and shuttle service were excellent and very good value. I have already recommended this outstanding service to friends living in Norfolk and Suffolk.

Parking at Holiday Inn Express In the small print it states if you need a lift to airport you must contact the parking prior to 24 hours. Now who get parking offsite with no lift to airport. The staff had a driver but would not help. Instead a nice 9 pound taxi fare and no taxi turned up on the way back. Dont use this parking its just not upto scratch. The holiday inn staff dont know customer service.

Parking at Holiday Inn Express The pick up from the airport was not waiting so I had to ring to let them know and the taxi was very quick to come only a couple of minutes, so I can accept this with the saving I made over NCP at airport

Parking at Holiday Inn Express Everything fine but our flight was eventually cancelled we would have been re-imbursed with the airport with you nothing not even a future free parking.

Parking at Holiday Inn Express On the way there everything was perfect. However we pre-arranged collection at 7pm from Norwich airport. A taxi did turn up but another family got in and there was no room for us. The taxi driver had to radio for another cab and by the time he came it was nearly 7.30pm. As we had arranged for s specific time to be picked up we were not happy to have to wait. For this reason we will choose an alternative method with our car when we go on holiday again.

Parking at Holiday Inn Express The return transfer was very poor. we had a time for the pick booked for 11 a.m. At 11.10 it had not arrived. I rang and was told that they did not have a driver, but had ordered a taxi which they said was on its way. At 11.20 I rang again as it still had not arrived. They said they would chase it up. It finally arrived at 11.25. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
