• JetParks Plus All good. Had a problem getting out but 30seconds on the intercom and it was sorted. I always use the shuttle or shuttle plus and have never been disappointed.

• JetParks Plus We found the car park and a space easily. A bus was at the stop and the driver waited for us before setting off. On our return we had to wait a few minutes for a bus but as we could do this inside the terminal it wasn't a problem.

• JetParks Plus BCP provide a good service, problem lies with EMA that the car park barriers very rarely seem to recognise your registration no. or recognise your return exit ticket, apart from that all is well.

• JetParks Plus Signing for "Shuttle Plus" was perfectly obvious even though we arrived at 6am half asleep!
  This is important as it means that you don't spend your holiday worrying about whether you've parked somewhere you haven't prepaid at!
  Plenty of room. Bus arrived within minutes. Ticket machine let us out with no delay on return. Couldn't ask for more really.

• JetParks Plus First time flying from East MIdlands so layout of airport unknown but directions were good for finding airport and parking and bus driver told us where the return bus stop could be found. Car park was fine, ticket good so did not have to contact anyone at the airport. In short all went smoothly and everything as expected. Thank you.
