  • JetParks 1 It was easy to get to car park. But would have been helpful to no when next bus would arrive i pushed bell i did not know whether it rang for bus or a person. Nobody aswered me but bus arrived within 2 minuets. Great overall

  • JetParks 1 There are no staff there it is all automatic number plate recognition in and out. Perhaps there should be an automated voice saying thank you for your stay with us and directing you to a free car parking space lol some of the big cars are using two spaces so should they be made to pay for two spaces! We had to drive around a lot at East Midlands Jet Parks 1 to find a space big enough for my small Citroen C1!

  • JetParks 1 We arrived at the barrier, and it didn't lift, we had a very stressful time pressing the button with no reply! I thought we were going to miss our flight. Nobody answered but eventually it lifted after about 15 mins! We then had to wait another 15 mins in the cold and rain for the bus, we arrived at the airport after the bus had stopped everywhere at 06:10 when we had arrived at the car park at 04:45!! Very stressed.

  • JetParks 1 The automatic reader didn’t not recognise my number. On entry I swiped my code. On my return I was unable to exit even after many attempts and help from other frustrated drivers. There was no one to phone or call for help. I eventually managed to find my code and exit after 20mins. Not what I needed after a holiday.

  • JetParks 1 I felt the information given on the bus should be clearer. I could not hear it very well, and therefore wasn't sure where I needed to catch the return bus, and did head the wrong way until I found a map at the airport.
