• Mid Stay 1 Pre-paid however did not recognise number plate on exit and had to wait for a response, which took at least 5 mins waiting at the barrier, preventing anyone else from leaving the car park. At 22.30 this is not what you want when arriving home and wanting to get home asap.

  If you can not guarentee a parking space please do not take the booking

• Mid Stay 1 This is the second time we have booked car parking with BCP and have had no problems whatsoever. Booking through their website was easy. Our car number plate was recognised at the barrier and the ticket issued on entry worked with no problems on exit. The car park is very secure with fencing around the perimeter. I can't comment on how helpful their staff have been because we have never had to contact them. Walking distance to the airport was as described. Would definatly use again and would recommend without hesitation.

• Mid Stay 1 Although you state that 3/5 mins walk to airport. At East Midands the arrivals is more than that. Not a problem to relatively fit people, but would be a disaster if it were raining before departure and arrival.
