• Mid Stay 2 Our plane was diverted to Doncaster instead of East Midlands ,I had already paid my fees up front ,due to a vehicle accident with our Son that had collected us from Doncaster we couldn't collect the car for almost 2 days ,on collection no extra charges congratulations on making a shit evening/day into a more acceptable one ,due to no extra charges,thank you thank you.

• Mid Stay 2 The number plate recognition didn't work and no-one was contactable via intercom. This said when i took the car park ticket to the office there was no problem, the ticket was validated and all went smoothly.

• Mid Stay 2 Very smoothly for us but the two previous cars to us on exit, both had problems. One was told they owed £199! The other was refused exit because his registration was not recognised despite the fact that he had previously notified BCP of his change of number. We were therefore in a queue to leave which took quite a long time.

• Mid Stay 2 All worked perfectly. Directions were good although airport signes were equally good. Arrived at carpark, after several seconds the ticket came out of machine and barrier opened. Plenty of space and good size spaces too - important for 2 door cars. Shrot walk to terminal
  When I arrived back, short walk to car, drove to barrier, inseted ticket and barrier opened. What more can you ask? Price reasonable too.
