• Mid Stay 2 You can't even push a trolley down the path it's so pitted with cracks and holes. There is only room for one trolley so if you meet someone returning you have to get on the grass. It's crazy for a bit of tarmac.

• Mid Stay 2 Unfortunately we were sent incorrect details about change of signage at the airport. Paid in advance but were asked for a further £55 on return to car as we were in the wrong car park. Other than that car park is fine.

• Mid Stay 2 I had a significant problem parking in this car park. Arriving back after midnight due to a delayed flight the person in front of us could not get the barrier to open and could not get any response by pressing the assistance button. This went on for about mins with more and more cars joining the queue to try and get out. The person at the front reversed out and a second person tried to get out but the barrier would not open for that car either. The worst thing was that none of us could get any response or help from anyone (also tried ringing a number on someones booking sheet but no answer). It was late at night, raining and we had had a delayed flight - we just needed to get out of the car park and go home but were all stuck there for at least half an hour. Eventually some one answered the call button and the barrier was opened. It was a very unpleasant experience and has put me off parking there again.

• Mid Stay 2 The car park itself was ok - although no trolleys easily available (you need a £1 coin for a trolley). Unfortunately the pavements leading to the terminal were incredibly rough making it very difficult to push a fully laden trolley.

• Mid Stay 2 Arrival fine. On leaving the barrier would not open. This happens virtually every time I use the car parks at EMA. The booking confirmation instructed us to press the button marked assistance but there wasn't one. I pressed the only obvious button but there was no response. I had to call the number on the booking form and eventually assistance came on the intercom. Not happy after a long days travel!
