• Prestige My last booking had been re-arranged by BCP. Upon arrival at the airport at 5:00 on a Sunday morning the car park I was allocated was closed and I was re-directed to another car park. The re-allocated car park were unaware of me and my car and the matter took a little time to resolve. On exiting the car park exactly the same happened again, my car was not recognised and I was asked to pay. After some time all was ok, but not the smooth operation I want when going and returning from holiday.

• Prestige Our booking was amended to the long stay car park 1 due to prestige parking being closed which was no problem at all if not better. On arrival back we did have trouble getting out of the car park but after getting assistance & the booking being checked we got out ok. If we had not prebooked with BCP it would have cost £70 which would have been £40 more!

• Prestige had trouble finding a space when i arrived. rode round for 10/15 mins and ended up having to park halfway on the path section as unable to find a space.
  then when i returned and put my card in the slot to get the barrier to rise and let me out it stated that i owed 70 pounds!!! when i got through to the attendant they did some checking and let me out, that was something i could have done without.
  car park nice and close to terminal all in all value for money and easy to find

• Prestige The arrival and parking went well however I could not get out of the exit as it was showing i owed £70, I had to wait for a member of the parking staff to attend and view my booking confirmation.

• Prestige I used prestige parking which is only a short walk to the airport terminal. Staff were on site & I was able to hand my car over in a couple of minutes. On return,my car was ready and staff were helpful. I will definitely use this service again, beats waiting for taxis to arrive!

• Prestige very easy to find, no stress involved in dropping off the car, so handy being able to walk to the terminal in minutes. Really makes a difference being met by a staff rather than going through a barrier. definetely would use again (this was our 2nd time by the way).
