• Short Stay 2 I parked very easily at EAST midlands and the holiday was a great success.Unfortunately when I got back to my car it had been bumped by another vehicle and damaged. I presume this was by the car parked next to mine when it was reversing out. No message was left.

• Short Stay 2 We were lucky but there was a severe lack of free parking spaces. People were riding round and it looked like some had been forced to park outside the car park on double yellow lines.

• Short Stay 2 Having booked a car park close to the airport to ensure a quick and smooth transition from car to airport, I had a 5 minute wait to enter the car park and another 5 minute wait to exit the car park after a very long day ! The automatic number plate recognition system clearly wasnt linked to the system as the barrier didn’t allow me in automatically so after a lengthy conversation with a member of staff who said I was on the system, he finally opened the barrier for me to enter. The same problem was also experienced on my exit! So, not a very good service experience I must say!

• Short Stay 2 YOU did very nice and smooth on the beginning but always when we want to go out there is problem by barier. There is a reg number plate scanner but always we can't go out without problems. We had to call to service and give to miss speaker ref no.

  My elderly Mother is very poor at walking and we found the fact that we could steadily walk to the departure lounge without having to wait at bus stops and then jump on buses ideal !
