• Short Stay 3 Car park name was changed before we got to airport from long stay to short stay 3 and when we got home the number recognition didn't work so the car park wouldn't let us out and tried to charge £80...had to call for assistance not what we wanted to end our holiday

• Short Stay 3 Was very disappointing experience both in/out this time we pre booked car park 1 as was closer to terminal as my partner suffers with bad knee joints, we then told by email changed mid stay 1 and we had to park at the very back in K which was quite a distance so wasn't happy, rang for assistance because barriers didn't open no reply so had to take token to get in, then when came home same happened again and took a while to be answered an the barrier lifted I will book again as we do often, and hopefully this won't happen again

• Short Stay 3 Missed the Long Stay 1 sign and ended up in the Meet & Greet. Pressed the telephone button at the barrier and spoke to a very helpful gentleman who lifted the barrier and gave me precise instructions on how to get to Long Stay 1. It was early morning and the M&G was very busy but the gentleman was very kind and didn't make me feel an idiot for ending up in the wrong place. Very much appreciated.
