• Long Stay Entered car park without speaking to a member of staff (barrier was put up so assumed someone was checking reg no)..on exiting would expect the barrier to go up on approach..NO...had to press intercom and had to supply details of car reg no and this seemed to take longer than one would anticipate to get out??

• Long Stay Signage and lighting from long stay carpark to terminal and terminal to longstay extremely poor. Arrived 3.30am and left clueless as to how to get across to the terminal, family of six crossing barriers and dual carrigeway. Return trip, signage difficult to spot, directions / arrow markers confusing. Would imagine most first time users experience the same, opting to cross dual carriageway and climb barriers
