• Long Stay Misleading emails, one stating to use the long stay car park opposite the terminal which I parked in. Another email stating to use long stay 3 car park which I only read while on holiday so spent the return journey worrying about whether I was in the right car park or not and the possibility of having to pay around £100 on top of what I had already paid. However it was ok but the emails were miss leading plus no transport to the terminal so was soaked by the rain. Just a poor airport as I know your services are far better in other places.

• Long Stay I am not very satisfied,when I was going out I put my ticket and it was saying that I have outstanding balance of 75£ and the barrier didnt wont to open.(I paid over the month for my stay.)Than the guy over the intercom let me go and say something but I was hardly to understand him.I wasn't be sure if I can go or not,it was some cars behind me so, went home by my car but I feel like I didn't pay and I feel nervous.I was with little baby and very tired.I was waiting till now that someone will contact me that I didn't pay.I think you have some problems with communication with online booking and its difficult to found someone to help at the moment.
