• Long Stay I went on holiday with a friend who had used BCP before, there were no staff so I cannot comment on that, and I did not see any security patrols. The number plate recognition worked perfectly.

• Long Stay Glasgow Prestwick was ok but a long walk to the airport with cases & children. Luckily it wasn't raining, but if it was then we would of been soaked. There's no bus that transfers you to the terminal- just a long walk past the train station.

• Long Stay Didn't gain entry to car park when we arrived, but were directed to another nearby. On way out, an error message for more payment popped up, but were allowed out fairly quickly. A little bit of stress!

• Long Stay It was raining heavily when we arrived at 4.30am and felt it was quite a trek from car park to covered walkway, we were soaked through, then had to haul our cases up lots of stairs only realised on our way back that there actually was a lift at the train station, this should be at least sign posted.
