Short Stay Still a little pricey for what it is. Also, having to have the ticket validated is a pain - you have to walk to the end of the airport to get to the desk. I parked in Prestwick and they still do not have number plate recognition. Edinburgh is far better

Short Stay We paid extra for the short stay 1 car park. It is closest to the airport but not sure it's worth the extra. When you arrive home, the office for getting the parking ticket ticket validated is at the opposite end of the airport from the arrivals hall so you are walking away from the car park and back again. Secondly, there is quite a steep hill to get your luggage up to the car park with no pavement. It is quiet but not so convenient. We also had a 10 minute wait in a queue to get the ticket validated (not the fault of BCP I suppose). BCP was the cheapest (got 10% discount) and it was easy to book. We paid nearly £70 for 2 weeks parking though so not that cheap.
