Superb service - drop and collection totally smooth, collection so good that I walked from bag reclaim straight to waiting car, engine running in readiness! Cheaper than long-term parking (when I booked) and obviously vastly more convenient.% recommend, will use next time. Great job, thanks.

Drop off was great. Collection took minutes so felt very dissatisfied- there were traffic issues, however I believe this could have been anticipated with the flight arriving on time.

We had to wait on both arrival and departure for them. Short stay parking a better quicker option. I don't think you should have to wait on this service as it is meet and greet not wait and wait.

Maple Manor initially had no record of my booking when I called to say I was near. This is the second time this has happened in 5 weekends of travel. They eventually found my booking but on my return, said I'd overstayed by a day and owed them extra. I produced my email confirmation and they accepted it. Clearly there is a problem in your communication with them.

Staff extremely efficient on phone calls and at the airport for drop off / pick up - used the service several times now and can't fault it, makes the journey easy knowing we don't have to race trying to get the bus and get luggage on and off
