• Meet and Greet Everything went extremely smoothly and we love this service. The only reason for awarding 8/10 is because it is not strictly meet and greet because you have to go to an office when dropping off and returning.

• Short Stay Economy - Blue Zone The booking process was odd because there was no mention of midstay car parking but the process of using the car park was easy. I didn't have any contact with staff. The anpr worked efficiently. I was surprised the price was higher than I expected.

• Mid Stay I was pleased with the location of the mid stay car park and the service with the busses but the email I received before I booked said 70% reduction. I don't think that BCP gave me that kind of discount.

• Long Stay Easy to complete booking system. Arrived at barrier, car recognised, entered and parked. Upon exit, again car recognised and exited. Overall an extremely efficient service and would highly recommend.
