• Meet and Greet The Meet & Greet service we paid for and had an acknowledgement for just a day or so before we flew made NO reference to the fact that this service was unavailable and we would need to park in the Green Multi-Storey Car Park. When we arrived we went around the loop twice and could see no signs as to what to do. We then drove through the drop off point (costing us another £7) in the vain hope there might be someone we could ask. We then removed a couple of cones and parked on your property for ten minutes whilst making phone calls to get someone to tell us what to do. I cannot describe to you how much stress my wife was undergoing at this stage, as we had arrived in good time and were now unsure where we could park and time was running out. When we finally got through to an agent they very quickly said you should have received an e-mail. We never received an e-mail from BCP or British Car Parks. Your agent then asked for my registration number and told us to park it in the Green Multi Storey Car Park. He didn't tell us what to do on our return which again caused my wife more stress upon returning to the car. On our holiday I also had a CHAT ONLINE with another agent who was unaware that the Meet & Greet service was NOT available and neither had the training or the tools to do her job correctly. This as I described at the time was NOT her fault but that of the Management of the Company. She raised an official complaint of which I have no knowledge of the progress so far.The Green Multi Storey Car Park was a lot further walk from the Airport building and my 82 year old wife who as I have already mentioned was stressed had to endure. The Fast Track Security was a complete waste of money. The agent was extremely rude to us and said that he was due off shift and to get a move on with the paperwork we were the last two. This Fast Track Service gave us NO advantage whatsoever as we were then in the same queue as everyone else. To cap it off the security staff were also unhelpful and impolite. The reason we booked the Meet & Greet Service was that we were very impressed when we used it before. Please do NOT treat us like idiots and quote COVID 19 as an excuse you had plenty of time to organise yourselves and your systems long before we travelled. We look forward to hearing from you in the very near future. The would we book again with you is set for Yes BUT this obviously depends on how you resolve our complaint.
