• Meet and Greet Upon arrival for the first time using your service it was not clear where we had to go with our keys perhaps the staff member on entrance could have communicated this instead we had to go looking for someone. Other than this everything was good, a good service and facility thank you.

• Meet and Greet The BCP service was fine but it was not Meet & Greet as we normally think of it. Not sure whether that applies to all M&G operators at Stansted. Instead it was more like short terms car park but at very reasonable rate for a longer stay. Satisfactory - just not exactly as we expected
