• Meet and Greet Very busy at drop off so experience was not as smooth as when used previously. At pick up car was parked tightly and difficult to get in the drivers door.

• Meet and Greet For some reason the website did not take the reg number of the car. You charged my card but never requested that information. Meet and Greet Parking staff very unhelpful (they even had a lough at our expense). Needed to park in short stay parking at extra cost >£300 plus original price. Awful experience

• Meet and Greet Not good as soon as we started engine light came on to say something wrong with tyre pressure turns out we had a nail in it ! Thought assistant would have noticed 🤨 managed to get home but we had to get tyre repaired.
