  • Valet The instructions on return from our holiday were misleading. Staff not very helpful and when we rang a second time as we were lost there was no reply. It was 3 'oclock in the morning. We were very tired and not very happy with the service at Stanstead. Excellent at Gatwick previously and good at Heathrow. We will try to avoid Stanstead in future.

  • Valet The valet parking worked wonderfully, I was ahead of my arrival time dropping off my car and delayed picking it up but nothing was too much trouble. My only gripe is the need for a little more signage.

  • Valet Very smooth service. The only way it could be better is if return car was picked up from drop off point.
    A more practical suggestion is that you improve the signage to find the pick up office, it is quite hidden ina row of offices car parks hedges,roads etc I am sure this could be dramatically improved so that first time users like me dont get lost, asking directions from people who have no idea.

  • Valet Your service was excellent and took all the stress out of parking, transfering by bus, having to wait around for a van or bus to arrive, journey to the car park, find the car etc. Brilliant service, polite and helpful staff. Will definitely be using the service again. Thank You.

  • Valet Valet parking at Stansted was superb....drop the car at departures and collect when you get back..no shuttles , delays etc etc...really was very good indeed, if a tad pricey?

  • Valet Brilliant service, arrived at the terminal and 2 people waiting to take my car, very quick, friendly and efficient service and the same service levels were enjoyed on our return journey with my car parked just feet away from the reception area. Thanks, brilliant service and worth every penny !!

  • Valet Used your service several times. Never any problem staff always early at drop off and even at 4am they are pleasent and helpfull! Have looked at other service providers but always use BCP as they have always delivered an excellent service for us.

  • Valet Service was great. When dropping off my car your representative was very detailed in what I had to do and on my return my car was found quickly. I unfortunately had a flat battery so went back to the office where the staff. We're only to happy to give me a jump start and we were on our way.

  • Valet Excellent service. Really friendly young man dealt with us on our arrival at the airport and when we returned to pick up our car. He remembered us which we thought was nice.

  • Valet First class service was delivered, drop off was nice, quick and easy. Pickup late in the evening was very smooth and fast. Would use again, and recommend to friends as it's an effective way of getting in & out of your car at an airport when travelling away for a few days/weeks.

  • Valet Good service and found the cost to be equivalent to other 'Meet and Greet'. The benefit of using BCP was that when we arrived home in the early hours the car was in the short stay close to the Airport.
