Valet Use Valet parking on a regular basis and is always very good. Just wished I came back to a clean car each time.

Valet Quite good but was asked for an extra 30 pounds to exit because it took us over 15 minutes to set off, which was too short with 2 kids and all our luggages. In the end it got sorted and didn't havee to pay extra.

Valet On collection the paperwork you are asked to sign should be explained in reception. It was dark and cold when we went to the car and the chap asked me to sign and I had no idea what I was signing. Other than that it was very well done.

Valet Upon returning to Stansted at Midnight with my daughter, carrying heavy bags we were virtually ignored when we arrived at the pick-up point and the gentleman who showed us to the car didn't offer to help with our bags, showed us to the car (well we followed him), he never spoke a word to us, thrust the paperwork into my hand and I had to ask him if I needed to sign it. He never invited me to check my car and walked off immediately I'd signed the paperwork despite the fact that I hadn't checked the car at that point. At that time of night a little courtesy would have gone a long way.

Valet This was the first time that I had used the BCP Valet service and everything was exactly as described, staff were very friendly and helpful I have already recommended this service to others because I was so impressed.

Valet Staff were helpful though my car was not on site and had to be collected which delayed homeward travel. I was travelling in the early hours with 3 small children.
I advised the attendant a week earlier of my plans and I also booked additional hours in case of flight delays

Valet I didn't find the valet parking first time as it wasn't very clearly marked, and had to ask directions, and go round again. The return of my car was very prompt.

Valet Yes very good service and the man who took my keys was extremely polite. Also the man who wheeled my suitcase to the car. I did have a bit of a problem finding you in the dark had to drive round twice. It says you are at the far end of terminal I think when in fact you are outside the main doors.
