Excellent service although I would not call it "Meet and Greet" which is what I ordered and paid for! Having to park and walk a few minutes from the Terminal is NOT what I was under the impression I had paid for nor the description given at time of booking. On arrival back I was told that the car was in lane 45 at some distance away - again not Meet and Greet!

OMG - valet parking is brilliant. Ok it's a bit more expensive, but worth every penny. The staff were friendly, even at 2:30 am when we picked up our car on the way home!

Perfect. Easy kerbside dropoff and a short walk to the terminal. Pickup the same and gave us fast exit from the airport for our 2 hour drive home. Well worth paying the premium to park this way.

Thought it was super and have used before. Only suggestion is maybe make it clear that you enter the 'authorised vehicles only' lane when approaching the airport terminal. Seeing this sign does make you concerned that you aren't heading the right way. We did a circuit of the roundabout to make sure that it was right, and we have used the valet parking before.

As we took a 6am flight the valet parking proved very helpful. Just dropped car off outside terminal, quick check and sign then away we went. On return once again convenience all round and car easily accessible!
