  • Long Stay No problems.Parking easy & booking inline made the
    parking very easy.Also a bus comes round the car park at
    regular times,as at Aberdeen,the Long Stay park is about
    yards from the terminal

  • Long Stay Everything went well. Left Aberdeen in heavy snow and arrived back in darkness and heavy rain. Had not used this airport before and found it difficult to locate th bus for the car park. More signs would be helpful.

  • Long Stay The staff were very helpful. Our son is a wheelchair user, and they opened out the access ramps to the bus when we got on/off each time. The only comment I would have is that it would be better if there was more information on what was the procedure regarding blue badge (because we needed a disabled space but also needed to take the badge with us for use on our holiday). A sticker to put in your window would be a good idea.

  • Long Stay Arrived at the car park at 4.30am and the bus picked us up from our car. We had pre-paid so coming back we just put our ticket in the machine and drove out. Very efficient.

  • Long Stay The whole experience of booking and using the facility was first class, due to the times of arrival and departure I did not see any staff only the courtesy bus driver, I would not hesitate to use this service again.

  • Long Stay All went smoothly - email said to go to customer service office on arrival back in UK at Carpark but it is not manned on Sunday - kind bus driver advised us to just put card in exit machine as it was prepaid.
    Perhaps your information in email for return should reflect this.
