  • Long Stay The staff were very helpful. Our son is a wheelchair user, and they opened out the access ramps to the bus when we got on/off each time. The only comment I would have is that it would be better if there was more information on what was the procedure regarding blue badge (because we needed a disabled space but also needed to take the badge with us for use on our holiday). A sticker to put in your window would be a good idea.

  • Long Stay Arrived at the car park at 4.30am and the bus picked us up from our car. We had pre-paid so coming back we just put our ticket in the machine and drove out. Very efficient.

  • Long Stay The whole experience of booking and using the facility was first class, due to the times of arrival and departure I did not see any staff only the courtesy bus driver, I would not hesitate to use this service again.

  • Long Stay All went smoothly - email said to go to customer service office on arrival back in UK at Carpark but it is not manned on Sunday - kind bus driver advised us to just put card in exit machine as it was prepaid.
    Perhaps your information in email for return should reflect this.
