• Short Stay I found it difficult to book online for some reason. I also thought it was pretty expensive to park. And it was a little confusing finding the right partking area. I wee, simple map would have helped.

• Short Stay Turned up at airport and checked in at kiosk where there problems due to the airport systems being out of action. Soon sorted manually, handed over key and made the short walk to the departures. On return, although slightly delayed, went straight to the kiosk showed my booking card and collected the car that was there and waiting for us. Altogether a smooth operation both ways although the outside of the car was rather dirty on pick up. Pity about the cost!

• Short Stay Once again at the exit terminal I was told that i owed £78 when the payment was taken at time of booking. This causes distress as other users get annoyed at the hold up util the issue was resolved

• Short Stay The barrier couldnt read our registration and when we pressed the intercom we were told the desk didnt ope until 5am and to take a ticket
  I was a bit worried about this as the website said if you take a ticket you will be charged
  On landing the man and the desk was very helpful and validated the ticket
  Maybe if you could reference this under the faq to save a bit of worry? I know in other airports if it cant read your reg it ca be validated with credit card used

• Short Stay The car park at Belfast City Airport did not recognise our car's number plate on arrival. We had to wait a long time to get someone to assist us via the intercom. They then issued us a ticket with an incorrect car registration. We called at the carparking desk inside the airport terminal and were told that there was a problem with the system that day that meant prebooked cars could not automatically enter or leave the carpark. On our return journey we had to go again to the carparking desk to obtain a ticket to let us exit the carpark. No apology was made by the staff who were quite abrupt.

• Short Stay Flight was cancelled due to 'Beast from the East'.. All non refundable bookings were permitted to be rescheduled except the pre booked car parking.at BCP. (£48).

• Short Stay Everything went very well as usual. It is a VERY efficient system and so convenient. Nothing but good words to say about the system and facilities at the airport. Recommend BCP to everyone.

• Short Stay Impossible to get out of your carpark. I prepaid my parking and the machine was looking for £180 payment. It took 15 mins for a reply from an agent but in meantime very irate customers were backing up behind me. Very disappointing
