The staff were very friendly and helpful and everything was exactly as stated on the website. You also receive a text to tell you where your car will be situated when you return. I would definitely recommended this car park and will use it next time I fly from Birmingham airport. Thank you for your service.

The staff were quick to help, but I find it completely rude that none of them apologised for this instance, as we were both ill and having to stand outside in the rain waiting for a member of staff to come and jumpstart my car.
