Pull up to the barrier, and a ShortRun attendant will approach you to confirm your details. The receipt given by the attendant will contain important information on what to do upon your return, so this should be kept safe. The attendant will then indicate where you are to park, and the barrier will open. Once you've parked up, head to the bus stop and take the transfer to the airport.
Make your way over to bus stop A (this should be the same stop at which you were dropped off) and hand your receipt to the driver, who will then take you back to the car park.

Birmingham Airparks ShortRun operates a regular transfer service to and from the airport. Transfers run every ten minutes and the journey time is approximately 5 minutes. Remember to keep hold of your parking receipt, or else it will difficult to use the service.

If you plan to use a SatNav, please note the postcode for the car park (B40 1QA) covers a large area so there is a chance it will direct you to the Holiday Inn Express or the Little Owl pub. Therefore, we recommend when you leave the motorway you follow the instructions above.
If you do find yourself at the Holiday Inn Express or the Little Owl pub, dont worry you simply need to head back to the roundabout and follow the signs towards Elmdon Industrial Estate, Airport and Train Station. The car park is located after the following roundabout, take the 1st exit. The entrance is directly opposite the Premier Inn.
