• Airparks Drop and Go Booking procedure was fine, my issue was with Airparks. Have used them in other airports without any issues but was not happy with Airparks Birmingham - lack of regular buses which meant we had to pay another £30 for a taxi to get us to the airport, and the rude staff who told us we should have read the information. We had a car seat which we had to take to the taxi. They said they would put it back in the car which they did but it was thrown across the back and now the headrest is 'stuck' on maximum height which is too big for my 4 and 5 year old grandsons. On return our key code did not scan meaning we had to return to reception and queue for another one to be issued.
