• ShortRun by Airparks Bus wasn't wheelchair accessible, made our journey longer due to being advised for non disabled family member to go and fetch the car on the bus and the wheelchair user to wait to be collected at the airport as it would take longer to collect the one wheelchair accessible bus.

• ShortRun by Airparks This was difficult to find as the Birmingham airport road system is complex and changing, and instructions given were inaccurate. The car park is unsurfaced so was wet and muddy and difficult to pull the wheeled case. Th bus stops are badly labelled. However the staff were friendly and the coach transfer was quick and efficient.

  The staff were tremendously helpful, especially on our journey back today as we left one of our hand luggage bags on the bus, when we came to put them in the car and realised my husband ran to the security by the gate of the car park who immediately phoned the bus driver and luckily it was still on the bus , so bought it back to us

• ShortRun by Airparks We had left the rear window open on our car, but the helpful staff at BCP had covered it really well with cellophane with had also stopped the alarm and would have kept the any rain out.
  Now that’s service, thank you very much BCP this is the second time we have used you but defiantly not the last.

Only down point was that the bus picking up from the airport was too small and the driver had to apologise and radio for another bus to be sent. Some people having just got off a long flight may have been tired and weary and as such disappointed not being able to get on the bus
