• Mid Stay Had to park along way from the airport. Very dark late at night. Signs not really visible. Could not find way out, waited for a taxi to go by to follow to exit. Had to park in long stay as short stay was full. Want the weston super mare bus service back ASAP please. Unhappy with parking!!

• Mid Stay It’s probably not BCP’s fault but the long stay parking at Bristol which we have used many times before was rubbish,abd not as advertised. There were no buses driving around to pick people up to take to arrivals or back at the end of the holiday from departures to your car!! The bus stops are still there . We had to walk a long way and as we are both in our 79s really strhggked with our luggage. It took about 20 minutes during which time we never saw a single bus. Not a good start to a holiday.
