• Premier I paid the high price because of my tight schedule but would avoid doing so again. My parking ticket wasn't accepted on exit and I had to use the 'help' button. The person I spoke to was very helpful and ensured I could leave without the payment being requested.

• Premier Disappointingly we had great difficulty leaving the car park, whilst watching others escape simply through the barriers. Hence a score of 5.....
  Having paid for the convenience of close access it took three attempts to finally achieve an exit. On the first occasion the ticket presented did not allow exit, and it was necessary to back out as others were waiting. Contact via the helpline at the barrier was not available. The closest adjacent booth enabled dialogue with car park staff who confirmed return to the barrier and exit would be allowed. Despite returning quickly this was not actioned and one again no answer on the helpline provided.
  A further journey to a booth then allowed dialogue with car park staff who explained that difficulties were brought about by a busy period which helped little.
  It was again suggested to return to the exit barrier and exit eventually was managed.
  This is a simple summary of events which I trust helps, and I trust will ensure improvements.

• Premier Only issue is that the Premier spaces are not the closest to the airport, it did not make a huge difference but did expect them to be nearer the terminal, there seemed to be many reserved ones that were instead

• Premier Very convenient location, quite full but plenty of places to park. Cost a bit more but was worth it as had early flight and only took 5 minutes from car to departure lounge. Entry and exit all straightforward and easy to book on website.
