• Cardiff Airport Official Car Park 2 The car park was not were you described very rough road not tarmarked exit to pavement was via a long flight of steps , the car park you show on you booking page is KNOW the short stay car park , I will not use this car park again , and will advise people to use the one off site and get transferred to the terminal .

I had paid extra for delayed flight but this was not applicable. Although you had my flight number on screen and could have alerted me when l booked that l had made a simple mistake. Boooo to you
