The car park was not were you described very rough road not tarmarked exit to pavement was via a long flight of steps , the car park you show on you booking page is KNOW the short stay car park , I will not use this car park again , and will advise people to use the one off site and get transferred to the terminal .

We had to pay an additional £10 because l made a simple mistake with the return time 11am instead of 11pm . I had paid extra for delayed flight but this was not applicable. Although you had my flight number on screen and could have alerted me when l booked that l had made a simple mistake. Boooo to you

- Long Stay 2 Basic parking walk to airport. On a plus the return "authorising" of exit ticket very smooth took seconds. Will be using again.

- Short Stay Really easy to book, no problems when I arrived at the airport, As I was travelling on my own I wanted to park as close to the airport as possible, it only took me 1 minute to reach departures fantastic. On return there was no hassle with endorsing my ticket & I was soon back in my car . I would recommend BCP
