  Maybe a sign beside the parked bus that isn’t being used, explaining that it’s out of service and that another bus will be here presently (Or wording that you find appropriate). Also, signage within the hotel, or protocol that reception staff (who were very personable and professional) tell the client where the carpark lift is. Other than that, a first class service, that I will recommend to others.

• Parking at the Clayton hotel “ When we arrived at the Clayton gates the camera didn't recognize our no.plate so we took a ticket. When we got through a guy was standing and said we shouldn't have taken a ticket. He said I'd need to go in to the hotel to have the card valadateted which I did (15mins of unnecessary hassle)The bus driver on return wouldn't let any standing so we had to wait 25min for the next bus to which that driver allowed as many as possible to squeeze on. ”
