• Quick Park Everything was very easy & quick except for the wait on the Quick Park bus on the way back. We sat on a driverless bus for 10-15 mins before the driver got in & started - it did say a bus every 5 mins so this was disappointing.

• Quick Park No. Wiper blade stolen in car park leading to cracked windscreen having to be replaced - cost us £100. Complaint made but no contact from Quick Park since the incident on/12/16. Said they could examine CCTV in 2 days but no contact since. Will only use BCP again when we hear something.
