There were no staff & the facilities were locked up. We nearly missed out flight and had to pay an extra £43.50 to park at the airport!!!!!!!!!!!!

Didnt want any problems as it was 1st time i was taking my sons dialysis machine and supplies abroad, parked at the spa hotel at teesside airport, transfers were perfect straight there no probs and guy was there in seconds of my phone call on return could not ask for any more.thanks bcp.
